In case of damaged/wrong products only, the customer can call for a replacement. If the replacement is not available, a refund may be offered.
a. To schedule an exchange(replacement of the damaged/wrong product), the customer is required to drop an email within 48 hrs of receiving the package at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the order number, exchange details, and images of the purchased product.
b. All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
c. The customer will have to self-ship the product in case of exchange or return, the cost for which will be borne by the customer.
d. Replacement is dispatched in a maximum of 10 working days at no additional cost.
e. If the packaging is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, the customer should refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.
f. In case of a refund, it will be initiated as soon as the product in the untampered condition is received back.
g. The customer will have to either accept a Artisans World gift voucher which the customer can redeem while making future purchases at www.artisansworld.in or receive their refund in the source account.
h. In case of missing/damaged/defective/wrong items, the customer needs to send images or video of the package and products within 48 hours for us to evaluate, only then shall the case be considered.
i. Return or Refund is not applicable on bulk or corporate orders.
j. Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
k. If an order placed during a sale is returned, only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded, not the current product price.
l. Shipping charges paid by the customer (if any) will not be refunded.
m. Please Note: Terracotta products are non-refundable
Refund will be processed after deducting the amount against freight as below:
Order value in INR: Freight charges
0-599: Rs. 60
1,000-1,999: Rs. 200
2000 and above: 10% of order value

Note 1: In case of unsatisfactory product quality, the customer can have the product replaced/refunded. However, the customer will have to self-ship the product and all the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Note 2: Beware of fraudulent calls, the Artisans World team never calls any of its customers/potential customers to participate in any lucky draw contests. Do not share OTP/Account details or transfer money to anyone offering vouchers/lucky draw prizes. If you have received any such calls, please report those numbers and raise a complaint to the relevant authorities.
The images of the products shown on the website may be slightly different than the actual product in terms of shade, color, or design as the images on the website are a graphical representation of the product.
Artisans World does not take any responsibility for the damages caused to the product in the due course of usage. If the customer has any query about the product, they can email us at email@example.com and ask beforehand. Damage to the product after it is used is the sole responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATION PROCESS AND POLICY
How do I cancel an order at www.artisansworld.in ?
Order cancellations will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order. An email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number mentioned in the subject line would be required.
An order shall not be canceled after it is dispatched.
Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products. Shipping charges will not be refunded. In the case of online paid orders, the refund will be credited to the source account within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
Artisans World accepts all major debit cards and credit cards. Payment options available for your location will be visible upon checkout.
Artisans World owns the right to amend the refund policy without prior notice.
